At ZooZoo Club, every item is made just for you through our print-on-demand partners. Because each product is custom-made, we’re only able to offer replacements or refunds in specific situations.

✅ Replacement & Refund

We’re happy to offer a free replacement or refund if your item:

  • Arrives misprinted

  • Is damaged or defective

  • Was lost in transit

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

  • Description of the issue

We’ll take care of it from there!

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Change of mind

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

Please double-check size charts and product details before placing your order.

 

📦 Where Do Returns Go?

If a return is necessary, we’ll provide the appropriate return address based on your specific item and the production partner that fulfilled it.
Please don’t return items to the sender address on your package.
